Property should preferably be empty of furniture and personal belongings
Cabinets, drawers and closets should be empty
Refrigerator should be empty
Freezer should be defrosted if refrigerator/freezer cleaning is requested
Running water must be available
Electricity must be available
Access instructions should be provided in advance
Parking instructions should be provided in advance when applicable
No active construction work should be taking place during cleaning
Construction debris, discarded furniture and large amounts of trash should be removed beforehand
